One of our favorite spring and summer meals: homemade salmon burgers with cilantro mayo, creme fraiche potato salad with mint, lemon, shallot, and capers, and tart lemon bars with the perfect crust to filling ratio
Another dish I always crave in the spring: shaved asparagus pizza with homemade crust, shaved Parmesan, fresh mozzarella, garlic and herb Boursin cheese, roasted salted & peppered asparagus, and green onions
Easy and hearty pesto pasta with some mint mixed in there for something a little different
Takeout breakfast from our favorite diner…because you can’t cook all the time and sometimes we just miss Sunday morning diner food.
A couple of kids very happy to have received dose 1 of the vaccine!
